A fully equipped Machine Shop is available with, Lathes, Milling, 100T Metal bending press, Tig welding (300amps) and Mig welding. We have the capabilities for welding Aluminum, Stainless, Copper Nickle (CuNi), normal Bronze and Steels.

We have the capabilities to carry out Hydraulic work onsite and workshop for pump repairs, changing cylinder seals, replacement of Hoses etc. C & C Marine also carries a wide range of Stainless Steel Hydraulic Fittings.

(Synflex) Hose and Stainless fittings for through deck fittings on Yachts for Backstays, Vang’s, baby stays are also available. We can also install the fitting onsite.

C & C Marine can assist with Propeller shafts and Propellers repairs, changing of cutlass Bearings (Exalto), shaft seals (Tides Marine), flexible couplings (R & D) between Gearbox and shaft couplings.
